Maruti Suzuki DZire has been the country's best-selling sedan ever since its launch around five years back in 2012. It has been clocking sales in excess of 12000 units on an average basis per month, which is way more than the combined sales of all its competitors.The Maruti Suzuki Dzire is currently offered with a single 90PS 1.2-litre Dualjet petrol engine. It comes mated to either a 5-speed manual or an AMT. Though it misses out on the mild hybrid system found in the Baleno Dualjet, it still comes with a start stop function. Maruti states the manual variant returns 23.26kmpl while the AMT variant has a claimed fuel efficiency of 24.12kmpl. In terms of dimensions, the Dzire is 3995mm long, 1735mm wide, 1515mm tall and has a 2450mm wheelbase.Noted features in the Dzire are a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, cruise control, climate control, a multi-info display, keyless entry with push button start, and LED headlamps with LED DRLs. Safety features include dual airbags, ABS with EBD and rear parking sensors with camera.
